The Faculty Research Support Team (FRST) supports investigators in developing well-composed and competitive research grant applications and manuscripts through a variety of services. These services are available to applications submitted through the Herbert Wertheim School of Public Health and Human Longevity Science.
Starting with applications due on or after May 25, 2025, NIH will require the use of Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae (SciENcv) to complete the Biographical Sketch and Current and Pending (Other) Support and produce digitally certified PDF(s) certified by the Senior/Key (S/K) Personnel for each grant application. NIH will not allow delegation of the certification.
Effective Oct. 5, 2023, NIH will no longer require the use of the single Data Management Sharing cost line item. Therefore, in line with standard budget instructions, DMS costs must be requested in the appropriate cost category, e.g., personnel, equipment, supplies, and other expenses.
