NIH’s adoption of the Common Form for Pending (Other) Support, Biographical Sketch, and a new Biographical Sketch Supplement originally scheduled for May 25, 2025 has been postponed. Please continue to use NIH-specific format pages until further notice. The new effective date is unknown at this time.

Starting with applications due on or after May 25, 2025, NIH will require the use of Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae (SciENcv) to complete the Biographical Sketch and Current and Pending (Other) Support and produce digitally certified PDF(s) certified by the Senior/Key (S/K) Personnel for each grant application. NIH will not allow delegation of the certification.
