The Master of Public Health (MPH) at UC San Diego provides instruction in the core public health disciplines, and collaborates with departments across campus to address key aspects of 21st century public health, including climate change and data science.

Joint Doctoral Program in Public Health
The Joint Doctoral Program in Public Health is offered by joint faculties of UC San Diego and San Diego State University.
The mission of the global health concentration is to prepare leaders and researchers in academia and public health practice who:
work to solve health problems that transcend borders,
recognize the principles of social justice and health equity as a key basis for their work,
acknowledge the value of cross-cultural learning, and
practice health diplomacy in the pursuit of global peace and development.
